Normally the streets of Bangkok are littered with photos of the King. I’ve noticed in the past week or so that there has been a change. Next Monday will be the venerable Queens Birthday. She will be turning 80 in 8 days. In celebration, it’s a public holiday! Today’s photo is simply a normal Thai bank on Langsuan. This larger than life photo is one of thousands across the city. The red and white curbs were re-painted this afternoon.
